This compact speakerphone conference speaker has a crisp, clear speaker that seems to emphasize the spoken tones range for hearing clarity. The built in microphones are surprisingly sensitive to speach at various angles and distances from the unit. We use it quite effectively for hybrid meetings held in a small classroom, with the speakerphone placed in the center of the room, using a USB C cable extender. We experience no audio feedback/interference using this device as our sole in-classroom speaker-microphone unit.The unit is powered by, and the audio is carried by the single USB C cable connection to the controlling computer. It is easily selected as the speaker and mic sources in the Zoom setup screens with no need for extra apps or drivers. It just works. I have also used it sitting right in front of me on my work desk on Zoom calls with equal success.This unit provides excellent utility at a great price - and it is simple to use.

The sole drawback is that the speaker volume could be slightly louder for larger conference rooms. Nonetheless, the sound is more than sufficient for most home office setups.
