Note:

1. Please allow 2″ measurement tolerance.

2. Please ensure the users' age and/or weight limit is not exceeded during use. Each sliding/climbing area can accommodate up to ONE user simultaneously.

3. Please use the inflatable on soft surfaces like turf and secure it to the surface with the provided ground anchors before use.

4. It's normal and necessary for a small amount of air to escape from the seams while the blower operates continuously. This release helps maintain balanced air pressure within the inflatable, ensuring a safe and enjoyable play experience for your children.

  • It takes about 2~5 minutes to fully inflate. For safety, we recommend securing the air blower with ground stakes.

  • We suggest using the provided blowers, as other blowers with varying power capacities may pose potential safety hazards.

  • It's normal and necessary for a small amount of air to escape from the seams while the blower operates continuously. This release helps maintain balanced air pressure within the inflatable, ensuring a safe and enjoyable play experience for children.

  • Our inflatables include repair patches to fix small holes/minor damaged surfaces. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend not using the product if the damage exceeds 5".

  • First, drain the water completely. Then, move the inflatable to a dry area and use the blower to dry it thoroughly, which may take about 2 hours. Once dry, fold and secure the fabric before storing it in the storage bag indoors in a dry place.

UPDATE: inflatable fills up in the sidewalls. You cannot get the water out at all. I received mine about 2 weeks ago and the water is still trapped. I’m not talking about a little bit of water I’m talking about 15 gallons! The only way to get all the water out is literally cutting the sidewalls where the trapped water is. I contacted the company and they offered a $100 for the inconvenience LOL! This is going to create mold and it’s an absolute health hazard. Poor customer service. I absolutely would not recommend this product.FIRST REVIEW: I was definitely hesitant on buying this because there wasn’t any reviews. However, after weeks of during research and comparing, I thought this would work best. And I wasn’t disappointed. This one has two sides, two of the spraying guns huge open area for water to fill up to create a pool like feeling. My kids absolutely love it. I have a 10-year-old and a three-year-old and they both are obsessed with it. The only downfall I will say is there is no drain plug so where the water pools you have to deflate and then it runs out. Also, I did notice that water gets into the air seams and fills up with water. So what I do is deflate it to get all the water out then reinflate it to dry everything out overall super awesome and I’m hoping it lasts for a couple years.
