We had a thin metal one from a havdalah set before. This was a major upgrade & is much nicer than I'd expected. I couldn't justify the price for the longest time, but now that I've seen it in person, I wish I'd purchased it sooner. The plate is thicker than expected and it looks great. This is also the first one I've seen with the colors from our wedding. Great combination. You won't regret it.
