Several reviews said that they were missing parts. I was not. The awning was packaged well both by Yakima and the vendor. The outer box was damaged, but the inner box and contents were intact.I will tell you more when I have used this awning for a while. Looks good and is easy to install, although some of the instructions lack clarity and some of the other language sections were in English. Poor proofreading. But nothing that I could not figure out myself.

Didn’t come with the clamps to attach to crossbars. Now I have to contact Yakima directly and don’t have it to use this weekend as planned

The box didn’t even look like it had enough room to include the missing bar clamps. I’ve looked everywhere. I don’t see them. All I got by ordering this product was the awning. That’s it. I needed this this weekend. Now what?

The package came with a few missing parts but the seller contacted Yakima and had them shipped in just a few days. Very great experience and amazing product.

Every component has good quality , you can but a $70 dollar awning yes but this Yakima will outlast multiple of them and has an awesome warranty . It’s just done right
