No issues installing the adapters on the Roll-n-Lock - I trimmed the rubber feet given how shallow the tonneaus tracks are.

My biggest beef with these are that they weren’t included in buying the racks in the first place. At least there should be an option to buy this with the racks over the standard truck bed attachment. They fit perfectly. No complaint there. I now have the regular connection parts, which are incredibly strong, but no use for them since I have the Retrax bed cover.

Don’t let some of the bad reviews fool you. I have a 2013 Tundra with Retrax pro xr bed cover and this is the perfect kit to complete the Yakima HD Overhaul truck rack.Install is super easy too!

I've seen where others had issues with the T bolts pulling up on the t track of the bed rails. Yakima had updated these bolts to larger ones to prevent this. I didn't realize how sturdy and secure these are. I'm 250lbs and could do pull ups on the rack all day long with no issues.... That's if I could do pull ups....

Super easy install, but seems expensive for the amount of hardware that you receive. 4 rubber pads, 8 t-bolts, and 8 nuts for a pretty hefty price (though better than from the OEM). I think the set could be priced around $50, make a good value, and also make a good profit for the company.

This worked perfectly with the Yakima HD Overhaul Ladder Rack ordered for my 2021 Ford Ranger to fit in conjunction with the Retrax XR rollup Torneau cover installed on my truck.

I typically do not leave negative reviews (see other reviews) but I'm very disturbed by Yakima's response to an issue with their poorly engineered product. I purchased the OutPost for use on my $2700 Retrax Pro XR tonneau cover. I followed the instructions carefully and torqued the mounting bolts to the specified torque with a certified high quality German engineered torque wrench (I'm proud of this wrench, purchased it specifically for low torque applications). I had to move the OutPost to a different location and noticed it had ruined the rails on my tonneau cover. I reached out to Yakima and explained the situation and they are aware of the problem. They are currently redesigning the mounting bolts and the representative said she would email me when the newly designed bolts were available. She then tells me that Retrax is really good about sending out replacement rails for this issue. I replied, "So you expect Retrax to send out new rails due to your poor engineering?" She said that's what they typically do. I explain the lack of logic to her that Yakima makes a mistake and expects someone else to pay for their issue. Essentially Yakima is going to send me 8 bolts, I'm going to have to spend my time uninstalling and reinstalling the new rails, and Retrax will replace the rails. Am I missing something? I asked to be reimbursed or a discount for future purchases and she acted like I was insane. What's even more interesting is they are still selling the racks and additional mounting hardware with the knowledge that they made a mistake. All the while expecting Retrax to cover the cost of their mistake. Great business model Yakima, irreparably damage another companies product and have them pay to fix it. The photo doesn’t do a great job depicting the damage but for there is a raised place in the track for every Yakima bolt (8 total). Thanks Yakima. Also, I needed 5 Yakima bike trays and the overland tent too. Guess what, that won't be happening! I'm considering returning the entire rack but, I LOVE REI and that wouldn't be fair to them.

Perfect fit. I read some reviews on the official website and someone said these are plastic cheap parts and gave one star. I was a little concerned. I was expecting these to be the bearing for the racks which means they should be rubber so it protects the rails. And it turned out to be true. These are very well made adapters and fit perfectly. Don't let reviews from people who don't have common sense stop you from getting these.
