I got this because I thought I could use it to custom make a leash or add onto one, but this is actually more heavy duty than I expected, too heavy for a leash clip. But definitely great for a tie out to clip on the other side of the leash.I never really looked on the size chart, which in hindsight is also not the best.The 2 clips are around 3 inches long each, the swivel is 3.5 inches long.I'm sure we'll find a great use for these either way though.

I have some hanging art in our greenhouse outside and this swivel point makes for a mount point that can rotate without getting tangled. It is a bit overkill for my application given it weighs about the same as the object it's holding, but I'm still happy with it. Overall I would recommend the product to others.
