These are considered service items and should be replaced when worn. They are easy to replace, fit perfectly, and worked with no issues.

商品は最悪でした。廃棄品から程度の良いものを外したものでしょう。金具の表面には擦り傷、交換前のものより酷かった。3000円も出す価値がないでしょう。

It arrived quickly, so I was happy for that. However, when I opened the box, one of the parts of pad assembly was already broken off, and when comparing to the Fujitsu's original pad assembly part, the gray color cushion parts were wrongly shaped. In addition, the seller's product images included the box with Japanese on them, so I assumed that these parts are genuinely made by Fujitsu, however, the one I received had no Japanese on it, and based on the cheap quality and wrongly shaped cushion parts, I realized these were not. I didn't want to glue the broken parts since the scanner can heat up while in operation and could cause the breakage again, I instead ordered the same parts through Fujitsu's official website. I think it's worth several dollars more to pay to get the genuine parts rather than getting the cheaper quality counterpart sold here.

Easy installation. I purchased this for my Fujitsu S 1500 knowing that I would be scanning and exceeding over 100,000 documents over a six week. I replaced these units prophylactically and without difficulty in less than 20 minutes and was back up and working.

The 14 year old rollers on my fi-5110EOX2 had melted, and were sticking to the undriven rollers. Took me around 3 hours but I was able to replace the rollers with these new ones and it is working as good as new. I did need to purchase a manual.

It was one royal PIA to replace the feed rollers on the Fujitsu ScanSnap S510. The rollers fit but the rubber material is much harder than the original one that melted. There is no instruction so you do fumble around with all the plastic parts of the scanner until you got it disassembled enough to get the metal rod out. But it doesn't come out real easy. The drive belt must be remove first and the belt really has no give. To get the gear out, you must carefully pull up on the plastic tab while pulling the gear out. Then the metal rod is lock in place with another metal tab that is similar to the metal tabs that hold the pick roller metal rod in place. That must be turned the right way to release the metal rod. Of course the old feed rollers were melted and glued to the metal rod so cutting it off prior to removing the rod is the best choice. After you get the metal rod out and clean it, it is one royal PIA to get the new rollers on the rod. It is a super tight fit that even with oiling the rod and the rollers, it does not slide in easy. Before you do that, do a dry run and slide the rod in empty and see how far it supposed to slide in and note it because you will have no idea when you've reach the end while you're trying to slide it thru the super tight fitting rollers. I had to heat my rollers in the microwave for about 35-40 secs(use a heat gun if you have it) and it's much easier to slide it in hot. You still must use some oil. 10 years old scanner now works like new again since the feed rollers are turning easy instead of being glued to the plastic rollers.
