This is well made faucet head assembly, with quality parts and a good finish. However, threads in the bottom that receive the inlet pipe are tapped crooked, so now the whole head sits at an angle on top of the pipe. At the price point, I would not expect this to be an issue.

Got this spigot head to use around our homestead - will be running a waterline back to the chicken/goat area and wanted a frost-free option for winter (without wrestling water hoses). Had one just like this at our old property - this is cheaper and I like the green color so it blends in with the landscape a bit more.

Good quality for a cheaper frost free head... If you already have a frost free outdoor faucet and you need a replacement this one would be perfect...

We're running a new line to a chicken house that will service the chicken house and a garden on the back property. My brother has one of these at his place, and I really like it. Although his is 1 inch, we opted for 3/4" inch, because that's the size we're tying into. I especially like the green color of this one. Most of these that I've seen are red.This will be tied into our tap-water line, after the filtration. So, it will be filtered water coming through this line. I've priced these at the local big box store, and this hydrant is $5.00 cheaper.I highly recommend this yard hydrant.
