It was as easy as plug in and push a button. Then to clean it is just as easy. My daughter loves her steamed oat milk at night.

So far, so good. This is a serious machine. It just arrived and makes it hot and creamy. The good point is that the little round whip is fixed to the bottom of the cup. It needs to be washed and cleaned right after use.I am looking forward to writing a review after a year of use.

My name brand frother just died for no reason, although it worked well beforehand - heated milk pretty quickly and frothed oat milk pretty well, not as good as regular cow's milk though, and barely frothed almond milk. Decided to give this one a try because the container is detachable from the base, making it easier to clean. The materials are nice and seems to be durable but it does take many minutes (I haven't timed it) to finish heating the milk, longer than my old one, and there's basically no foam with oat milk. I haven't tried it with any other milk though and haven't tried the other attachment, but seems like no need since it doesn't froth anyway.Update 9/19/24: I increased by 1 star because the customer service was very responsive and tried working through fixes. They ended up giving me a refund because it just wasn't working for the oat milk. It likely would work well for regular cow's milk though.
