These baskets come flat, and you have to put them together. When I put my handles on I knotted them where they don't hang. I think they look better that way (personal preference), so I was glad that I was able to customize it my way.

Works perfectly for me. Exactly the size I needed. I needed handles these were super easy to attach. I really like the way they look. Using them in our laundry room. I did need sides that would stay up when the container was empty and these do that. Came with hard bottom inserts which I suspect are probably cardboard but they work for my purposes. These are not intended to hold anything heavy and be lifted. But we are just putting things like spare socks and laundry bags and laundry balls in them. Would order again if needed.
