This chainring seems to be of good quality and comes with mounting bolts and a chainring wrench. I'm using this on my son's 2014 Trek Remedy that was converted to a 1x12 setup. I wanted to have him try going from a 30T to a 34T chainring since he's got an 11T-52T cassette in the back. The bolts that came with the chainring aren't long enough for the cranks I mounted it to, but that's no big deal, I had other chainring bolts. I'm using this on a 1x12 setup even though it says it's only good up to 11 speed chains and I'm not having any issues. For my 1x12 I need to adjust the chainline so to get a proper fit, I'll need to add some 3mm spacers, but that's just for my individual setup and has nothing to do with the build of this particular chainring. So far, I'm quite happy with this 34T 104BCD chainring.

Nice finish on this chainring. It's supposed to come with four bolts, but unfortunately mine was missing one. It also comes with a steel chainring bolt tool which crazy for the price. It feels very durable, but the cutouts on the 48 tooth ring are rather large leaving a very little material in between which could potentially be a durability issue. Only time will tell. The reason for the missing star is because of the missing bolt. The extras I have are silver not black so its not going to match my crankset. Still for the price a quality chain ring/bolts and tool you can't go wrong.

I didn't quite know what this would look like as there was no stock photo, but I hoped it would mostly be a solid plate. Lots of empty space in there. Good for weight savings, but I am concerned about durability issues. With such a high tooth count on a smaller 104bcd, I'll have to see if these deform under serious load. I had intended to toss this on a MTB crank for a single speed experiment.Definitely narrow wide teeth. 3.6m and 1.85mm alternating.

The Bicycle Chainring by the YBEKI Store came today (so this is an initial impressions type of Review. Any significant changes from repeated use will have to come later.) I have 3 bicycles and an E-scooter, and this is for my Genesis Villotti. It came w/ a single chainring in front, so I wouldn't know if this can be used in 2 or 3 chainring setups. For me, I put in a different crankset when I upgraded the bottom bracket and bearings to Hollowtech II, but am still 1X at front. I started w/ a 32-tooth, went to 48-tooth for greater speed, but needed to fall back to less teeth for hill climbing.I was impressed with this chainring. I like the pattern and label. It came w/ 4 chainring bolts and apparently a tool to loosen or tighten the chainring bolts? Don't have a lot of bicycle experience, but did like that. Not sure yet why it has a 9 and 10 hex wrench openings. But I'll save the wrench in a mobile tool kit. I'm using a light thread locker compound so they don't come loose. And before removing my old one, looking at my chainline, to see if I should place the chainring on inside or outside of crankset. I like the "Narrow Wide" teeth - which says to help chain retention when taking sweet jumps. (I wouldn't know). Which reminds me, changing to a different size chainring can affect your chain length, so consider that when you're considering a change, especially to more teeth, as you can easily make a chain shorter, but not so much longer. And make sure you have the common 104 Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD) - the distance between the bolt holes. I bought a set of digital calipers when it became apparent THAT was the right tool to measure bicycle components. If you're getting into bikes, you must have one.

I swapped a larger ring on my fat tire ebike with this 38T ring. As expected, it allows me to pedal more easily without using the e-assist on gentle hills if I choose. The ring appears to be well made and fit perfectly. I'm happy with it, it's great value item.
