Ein sehr gutes Telefon. Die Einrichtung ist nicht ganz Trivial aber es gibt sehr Gute Guides um es auch bei Telekom VoIP in einem Unifi Netzwerk einzurichten.

Il telefono non funziona.è un vero disastro: non funziona in niente.Ma - quel che è peggio - il venditore non vuole restituire i soldi, ma si nasconde dietro una serie di scuse fittizie.Come si chiama un indegno comportamento del genere da parte di J.B.F srl?

No issue with the product, but the AC adaptor for the handset has European two prongs, not an Australian AS/NZS 3112 power adaptor. It took 6+ weeks to ship, and then no response from the vendor when asking about adaptors or Australian AC adaptors. The base station luckily can use Power Over Ethernet (PoE), and adaptors are auto ranging 110v/230v, so just need international/travel adaptors, but that's no ideal.

Handset is smaller than I expected, but feels premium. Easy to set up if you're familiar with Yealink devices. Audio quality is top notch. Overall very good.

Part of other Yealink phone system in bussy office environment. Over all its a greate quality phone. Never had any issue's. Good battery life and fast charging. Got Bluetooth connection and was able to connect to my sumsang earbuds. I use speaker on this phone a lot while typing on pc, placing this phone down on table covers speaker completely, so I got to use it face down. Didn' had this issue with older model. Phone is smaller so all button's are smaller and closer to each other. Over all it's a greate working phone, but not worth upgrading from previous model unless you need a Bluetooth.

I bought W78P in October 2022 and handset has broken in just 4 month (DECT module malfunction). I have contacted to Yealink and they confirmed hardware defect but no warranty service in USA.
