Please be aware you cannot return this for free like most products on amazon. It costs you the shipping fees plus 20% of the purchase price. I bought this not knowing its not compatible but now I am stuck with it.

The whole point here is to get Bluetooth capability in a SIP phone. So this phone's only improvement over the T41P is the inclusion of a USB slot for the BT dongle, sold separately. OK, that adds $30+ to the cost of the phone, but I'm good with that.Phone comes with a manual -- for the T41P (not a single mention of the word "Bluetooth"). Dongle comes with a two-page mini-manual that says "Refer to the user guide of the phone to activate the Bluetooth feature." Say what? Not a blessed mention anywhere in the myriad of menu choices on the phone about its new BT capability. No clue whatsoever about how to activate it. No online help whatsoever -- they don't even have the old, inadequate phone manual available to view online, near as I can tell. Oh, there is an online login to the phone itself, using the login/password combination that IS NOT what the manual says it will be by default. So that "help" is also useless. Now I've pad an extra $30 for a dongle and an additional $25 premium for the phone that supposedly works with it. But what I have is an $88 phone that I paid $140 for. Burned.
