Well packaged and protected. Installed easily and includes alcohol wipe for used screens, and tack paper to get the dust off. Instructions were unclear about peeling off retainer and which side faced screen, but I figured it out. Must use tack paper as ANY spec of dust will result in bubble. peeled back a few corners several times during install to get a spec of dust I didn't see. Once I did this, the surface is completely clear and looks perfect. No affect on touch sensitivity as long as no bubbles are present. Can assume this will last life of vehicle which begs the question why do you need it?! I guess it protects screen from harsh use or people with bear-claw fingernails.
