I don’t drink a lot of wine, and I’m not too fussy about how it’s stored, so the compact size and adjustable temperature of this works perfectly for me. This cooler is a nice addition to my space and looks really stylish. However, it struggles with really long or wide bottles unless you replace the shelves, which limits how many you can fit in it...

Besides looking good and being perfectly functional, this is the quietest wine cooler I have ever owned. When it cycles you get a low hum. You can't hear it at all if you're watching tv or listening to music.

This wine cooler arrived today. Delivered to front porch upside down and left that way. Corner of box smashed in and damaged the back top corner. Fortunately due to where we are placing it, that dent cannot be seen. No instructions whatsoever and there was a plastic piece that fell off the back where the compressor is. Figured out with flashlight that it slides above compressor to catch any excess water. The tape holding the door in place is absolutely ridiculous to try and clean off. Took immense work with Goo Gone. If the packaging can be adjusted this would have a 5 star rating. Waiting 24 hours to plug in and turn on as the videos explain otherwise would not have known to do this. It should at least come with a warning sign to let you know this since there is not an instruction or trouble shooting guide included. UPDATE AS OF 8/22/24, Customer Service offered a partial refund due to the dented top corner which is appreciated. We’ve been using this wine fridge for a month now and it works so slick! Wine is cool and the refrigerator is almost silent. Truly enjoying the size and functionality!

I appreciate how responsive the company has been to my questions. Christy in customer service was great!Personally, I would prefer a hard copy manual to accompany the item, one that explains that it's ok to remove or push aside the seal/gasket to install the handle. (It's not even addressed in the online pdf of the manual.)Ultimately, Christy provided explicit guidance, as in photos, which confirmed and assured me it was ok to move the seal. (I didn't want to void any warranty.) I confess I was annoyed by the adhesive residue as it took a great deal of "elbow grease" to remove it even when using "Goo-Gone," which is typically a safe and very effective solvent. Alcohol did not cut it, IMO.So far, I am quite pleased with the refrigerator as it is quiet enough and appears to be working well.

This wine fridge is the perfect size for us. It is sleek looking and much quieter than our previous one. When it was delivered by FedEx they dropped it in our porch upside down and the corner was damaged so we had to return it. Leah in customer service was so helpful and responsive to my request for a replacement. I had the new item in place quickly and at no expense.
