They would look nice, if.the pieces actually fit together properly. They are not cut well so there are small gaps and ridges between many pieces despite me rearranging them. Also, THEY ARE NOT NON SLIP! They slide all over the place. Now I have to buy a non slip may to put underneath. I got these because my 7 month has large hygromas on both elbows. And was told these would help give some cushioning from the hard floor.I should have just bought a large area rug. Pretty disappointed 😞

I put these in my garage so my feet are less sore when walking. They're a little slippery, so I put museum gel under them at corners and along walking paths. Now they don't slip.I found I have to cut some of the edge pieces to fit the shape I want, but it works. They look fine.

It takes 3 to 4 sets to cover a large area for crawling baby which ends up costing as much as the fancy rug print copies. Wish I just spent all the money on one nice set rather than having to keep buying an add on to cover the 8 by 10 area

I ordered 3 of the same identical item, however, one of them is not the same, being mirrored compared to the other two. They are supposed to be interlocking floor mats, but one of the three are incompatible, making it impossible to interlock. If you buy more than one, they can end up being completely useless for your floor space. If you do end up with the wrong facing mat, or the mat is completely smooth, just return it and they'll send a new one.

My wife and I recently welcomed a new puppy to our home. We have a sort of doggie play pen that encloses about 3' by 5'. Our pup hangs in here while we're moving around the house until he's fully potty trained and after teething when he can be trusted. The idea in purchasing this mat was to have something under him to protect the wood floor and provide a softer surface with better traction while he's little. I bought the wood finish mat to match closely to our wood floors and I'll admit that it looks better than expected. If you take your time and connect the pieces so that the wood grain on the mat lines up with the grain in your floor, it blends in quite well. We put pup in the play pen and observed. The surface was too slick and he was sliding around on it worse than on the hardwood floors! Then we tried flipping it over and using the bottom, which worked better. The trouble is that these mats are made out of something more akin to foam than to rubber, so they are not that tough. If the pup could get the playpen off the edge to get to the edge of the mat, he thoroughly enjoyed pulling the puzzle apart with vigor. It's also tricky to clean if he pees in there, because the puzzle seems are not tight enough to be sealed for liquids. In the end, I went to Home Depot and purchased a 4x6 indoor/outdoor rubber mat for about $25. We left it outside for a day to off-gas and now pup is happy as a clam with a softer yet more durable and waterproof pad. For what it's worth...

I put these over the hardwood in my painting studio because I have plantar fasciitis. These help me not hurt when I stand and paint for a long time. Plus they protect my floor from paint drips.

I actually used the wood-look foam tiles to create a surround for our dart board. We typically have a picture hanging on the wall in our bonus room, but take it down and put up a dart board when we have friends over.I figured these tiles would be a good way to have a temporary solution for protecting the walls, since they can go up and down along with the dart board. I just traced the dart board and laser line, then cut it with scissors. I think it turned out pretty well, and the puzzle-piece nature of the tiles allows them to take up minimal storage space when not on the wall, since the four small tiles can be stacked. If you're looking to use them as flooring, just be aware they're quite thin and don't provide a lot of cushion (I used some leftover pieces as a mat for my standing desk). But for my needs, it worked great!
