i really like the size, its small but not uncomfortable, i like the grip but i prefer tu use training gloves to make it more comfortable

Does not slip out of the safety thing, very versatile dumbbells as it can be used for many things. Quality is nice and is good for price. And good for building muscle. Only thing I would say is the grip hurts your hands sometimes if you have soft hands. Other than that, I would recommend it.

I have been using these very often! I just picked up some extra weight from the same company, as I’ve already adjusted to the weight. Great product to make increasing weight cheaper rather than having to buy brand new dumbbells. I recommend gloves for these as they are textured metal, and always check to ensure the weights are tightly fastened before each set, but they’re great!
