Fix the cutting tool pulley holder to the edge of the tile or glass.

According to the steel ruler scale bar, slide the knife wheel to the distance you want to cut, drag the pulley seat with one hand and press the knife bar with the other hand to draw a line on the tile at an even speed. (Note: draw the line once, do not repeat the line)

I was very surprised by the quality. I bought a different brand and it has nothing on this one. This one is not flimsy at all!! I wish it had inches though. I plan on gluing a inches tape roll on it.
