The packaging arrived broken, with missing 2 studs, 5 nuts.. I didn’t even count washers..But most important - the studs - the hole for the hex drive is on the wrong end of the studs!!! So it make it impossible to use..

The hex key is on the bottom that goes into the block not on the top for you to install in block
