Installation tips
Step1: remove the original logo, clean the original logo area, and remove any foreign objects that may hinder the adhesion;
Step2: Next, check the installation area, confirm the installation location, then tear off the 3M tape (double-sided tape, label) on the back of the logo, and install the logo;
Step3: After the Tesla logo is pasted, press it firmly with a clean cloth to make sure it is pasted;
Step4: Do not touch or touch water within 48 hours after pasting.

Worked perfect for adding back the badges that were removed when the car was wrapped. Adhesion was great and they are still holding after the summer heat and winter cold as well as lots of car washes. They are a priced well and easy to install and black color looks great on the car.

I would 100% buy these again for my next Tesla wrap. The adhesive went all the way to the tip and there was a bend to fit the hood. I don't know why people are complaining about that. Adhesive wasn't too thick either. The rear emblem does need some bending to make it perfect, but that wasn't a big deal whatsoever. just place it on the back without releasing the tape and you'll see if it'll fit or not. The only complaint I have is them saying that its 3M tape in the description. Even then I don't really care because its an emblem, any cheap adhesive is going to do the job and then some.

The emblem is beautiful looks amazing the glue even though I cleaned it throughly and warmed it up during the installation, seemed to be weaker than other emblems I’ve purchased in the past. We will see how long it lasts but quality on the emblem is excellent

Okay, so I saw a few comments where people said the curvature of the trunk badge didn’t match their car and they needed to bend it to sit flush… that was NOT the case for me at all. Here are a few tips that maybe the other reviewers didn’t do that will help you install them correctly.(1) Leave the emblems inside the white square while you position it on your Tesla. When you find the right spot, mark the borders with some painters tape. ESPECIALLY on the trunk as this lets you find the exact spot where the curvatures match.(2) After you mark the install spots, remove ONLY the adhesives backing from behind the Tesla logo without taking it off of the rest of the white square. This will leave the adhesive exposed on the back but allow you to peel off the rest later. This also ensures the top line above the Tesla “T” is perfectly spaced.(3) Line up the borders of the white square with the tape border you made in tip 1 above. Once it’s there, press on the Tesla badge and let it sit for a few minutes so the adhesive bonds to your car. Then come back and carefully pull the white square away from your new badge.Time will tell if this 3M knockoff adhesive holds, but I’m not concerned. Badge is great quality and looks great.

These emblems have some heft. They both look and feel nice. However, I placed these emblems in the exact location the factory T logo laid on the trunk and the bottom of the emblem does not sit flush. Applying some pressure will put it down, but only for a few seconds. Looks like it has too much of a bend in it. I’ll run as is for now as I’m sure the double sided tape they use won’t hold.Update: color has chipped. These are garbage.

The badges look great but the curvature is not quite right, especially the rear one which would leave a gap when installed. I bought 2 sets because I thought the first might have been for the Model 3 but both were the same. I ended up having to bend them slightly into shape which allowed the badge to adhere to the surface nicely. The adhesive backing is too thick which causes the badge to be raised and allows for movement due to the foam layer of the adhesive. It is not noticeable from afar but I might change the adhesive some time in the future so that it sits more flush with the surface.

I saw others complain about the thicker/chunkier look, but I like this better than the original. Seems... stronger, more 3D, and more substantial than some 2D decal.For installation, I handed it to the detailer before he put on the PPF. He was going to remove the original anyway, so didn't charge extra to put this one back on afterwards and that way I didn't have to worry about placement. Great price too.My only minor gripe is that the front/flat emblem is just ever so slightly bent up and won't flatten out when I push on it. It's only noticeable if you're really looking for it though. I suspect it was dropped before installation, so not the OEM's fault. It might help to have the adhesion go all the way to the tip of the T though.

Thanks for the product and packaging.Positive experience, Perfect , good quality , easy to install on my ppf+ceramic coat.Only personal regret is that I should have bought the carbon fiber type to match the back spoiler carbon fiber of the performance model y.
