This guitar body is really nice. I had to use a forstner bit to accommodate the potentiometers and switch, but that was no surprise. The control cavity is the right size and accommodated the correct size forstner bit. The pre drilled holes for the potentiometers, switch and wiring channels from the pickup cavities all had to be redrilled to the correct size to allow for the wiring to pass through correctly. The body isn’t pre drilled for the bridge to allow for different scale lengths and will require drilling the bridge posts and the grounding wire hole for the bridge. Overall very pleased with this body.

A lot of cutting and sanding required. Pots and switch did not fit. Fosner foster. Those bits needed. It is good quality though so if your good at wood working go ahead

There is no channel drilled from pickup cavities to electronic cavity. I wasn’t aware that wireless PUPs were a thing.

The neck also purchased from this supplier would not fit and will need the heel sanding down. The neck socked was not cut straight. There was no hole from pups to Control cavity plus no Control cavity cover plate.I can fix these problems but you need to be aware before purchasing.I have had better.

The neck attached to the guitar in the picture has a scale-length of 24.75" - the shortest scale-length this company supplying this body had for sale. The problem is, that the body's rear pickup cavity is routed for a - roughly - 24" scale-length neck, so the rear pickup cavity rout is FAR forward of where it needs to be.Honestly.. If you are going to get into this business - supplying guitar parts for customer-side assembly - please pay attention to the details. I could fit another single-coil in the space between the rear pickup cavity and the bridge. It's an option I'm considering, though, why I would - or should - is the reason for the poor rating.The second star is for the quality of the wood stock and cleanliness of the routing. You get more than what you pay for in that department.. But the measurements are off on their routing of the rear pickup cavity..It's really quite unfortunate, as, if you are going to produce these types of items for sale, it's just as easy to do things right. Disappointed.
