I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled to write about this ice maker. First the packaging was outstanding. Used bubble wrap for the fragile parts to ensure no damage. Also used wood to protect the machine during transport. The instructions were in color and provided troubleshooting guide with error codes in the event your machine has an issue. The machine is built very well compared to my previous ice makers. Look forward to many years of use. Nice job!

This Ice machine does not have the option to run from a 5gal water jug. There are no instructions to change the water inlet pump. after several non answered attempts to receive help from customer service, I am giving up and returning the item.Also, The ice machine was damaged in shipping, Although I would have kept it, if it worked as advertised.

If you're one person who wants ice in every drink all day, you love crunching ice and your freezer can't make it fast enough then this is the answer. This makes 9 cubes every six minutes - faster than one person can chew and drink ice. My wife loves it, already bought a second one for her office so she can have it at work as well.

After cubes are done, and put in a freezer container they are always stuck together. Really annoying. We returned this ice maker. Not happy.
