The merchandise is actually made nicely you just have to take your time to assemble and ask for someone to possibly give you a hand in the beginning. My issue is pertaining to the functionality of the “arm” that supports the bench lid. Once the arm is attached to the bolt on the side of the bench the lid doesn’t close. You would think it would slide or have an elbow. I reached out and sent pics but “there is nothing they can do”. To me it’s as simple as sending me functional pieces. It’s very frustrating after putting the whole unit together. I won’t purchase from them again and warn others.Update: This seller has gone out of their way to rectify this malfunctioning part. The supplier they purchased from “doesn’t have a replacement part@ but they offered to provide a discount for the inconvenience and not getting what I ordered. As I originally stated the bench is actually really nice. I changed my stars from 2 to 4 for their effort.

It is simple to assemble and there are only about 12-16 screws. Instructions are simple and direct.Wish this was waterproof. Put stuff in a plastic bag and insert into bench. Jesus will provide.Be blessed.

Easy to assemble. The storage under it has vinyl lining so the rain won’t damage the things you are storing. Build quality is okay.

We bought this bench to hide the clutter in our breezeway. We store several pairs of barn boots and garden clogs without issues. It took my husband about an hour to assemble, all the pre-drilled holes were aligned properly. It's sturdy and comfortable to sit on with two people.

It looks really nice. The storage area is not very big but it'll hold a few throw pillows or whatever. I built it alone, everything went together fine except I could not get one screw to line up no matter what I did so I left it out and luckily it seems fine without it.

Assembly is a little challenging especially if doing it yourself; plastic wicker Parts covered several holes that had to be dug out with a knife. Overall the product is beautiful and very sturdy! Very happy with this purchase and it holds much more than I expected ♡
