Doesn’t hold 2 10 gallon or even 9 gallon trash cans within the specs it has listed and it doesn’t fit standard paper towel rolls in the center.Big scratch on it as well. Also takes over 7 hours for 2 people to assemble.

Well, I changed this to 4 stars from 5, but I wish it was designed with a 5th/center drawer instead of the paper towel holder, which is SOOOO weird and I don’t need. Not only that but paper towels do not even fit on the rod! Maybe they are smaller in China!🤣 See photos. I maybe changing the nice gold hardware to brushed nickel too. But, after waiting over two months for another kitchen island that was out of stock, I found this one which had most all of my must-have features: wheels, power, drawers, a drop-leaf top, and just the right size. I had hoped for wider drawers and a stainless top, but this comes close and the quality is just fine. My assembly guy got this together in two hours flat with no difficulties at all. It is substantial, heavy and does not move easily, but it does move. For the life of me I just cannot understand why there is no center drawer. It’s also strange that when you open the second and third drawers, they open together which means that the paper towel rod would also pull out if you install it. I opted not to install the rod so that I could use that open slot for long, thin items like foil, etc. The first time I opened one of the inner drawers, it pulled all my foil and parchment paper out and dumped them on the floor! What a strange design! I like to keep my paper towels right next to my sink and could have used that extra drawer. Also, I wish the center was a cupboard as the one that was on backorder had because I do not need to use it for trash. I am going to use it for oversized appliances like my Instapot and air fryer. I hope the design team reads this review and considers making some simple design changes and adding the stainless top. I dislike kitchen islands with butcher block tops. Sorry my kitchen is so messy right now. I am still moving in. We are planning to redo the kitchen within the next year with new (probably white) cabinets.
