The toilet looks nice and neat the thing I will say it is very hard to get the bottom tray out to empty it

I do not recommend this portable toilet unless you enjoy having urine or feces thrown up in your face when you pull open the latch to dump. Also the holding unit in the bottom does not line up with the open hole on top and therefore when you pull the bottom container out to empty it, residual contents are laying on top of the removable container and you will have watery, disgusting contents dumped onto your floor or on you! Horrible design! You need to fix this product!!! For the money I spent purchasing it for a cabin bathroom, I now have to replace flooring from where it continues to leak out bodily contents every time I pull the container to empty it!!! Disgusting & GROSS!!!!

First the unit I received had been used - it had mold growing on the inside of the orange cap. We only recently were able to use and on the third trip the orange piece that moves to empty completely came off and I couldn’t get it back on.The idea is good but the execution of emptying it completely out is ridiculous and not worth what you spend. So for now I have turned this thing into a dry toilet for our cabin which kinda works but for the money I expected more.

Works as advertised, no issues but cleaning the tank isn’t as easy as it could be. Happy with the purchase though.. probably the nicest portable toilet you can get

Worked great for about a month. Now holding tank seal leaks and water from the bowl drain onto the floor. For the money would expect to get at least a year or two out of the seals but not even a month. Not worth the hassle or the money. Going to contact manufacturer to see if they will warranty the seal.

We bought this model for several reasons. It is the closest thing to a household toilet in height and size. Yes a little pricey but I think it was worth it. Be very careful putting the tank back in place and make sure it's secure. I didn't the second time around and had a mess on the top of the tank.
