First of all, I saw this at my friend’s house and thought it was so nifty and such a good way to store shoes! I was hesitant to buy it for my home because it was a bit pricier than I wanted to pay, but I do not regret it one bit! It fits about 3 pairs of adult shoes on just one shelf, six in the whole tilt drawer, so about 12 in total depending on the kinds of shoes. I have little kids, and they loved putting their shoes in their own little shelves, and as you can imagine, it can fit a lot of kids shoes.We were thoroughly enjoying it until my 2.5 year old decided to use the bottom tilt drawer to stand on to reach items on top of the unit, and the whole bottom tilt drawer broke (stripped screws, plastic pieces broken broke). I contacted customer service about it hoping to just buy a single drawer, and they sent me a whole new unit even though I wasn’t within 30 days anymore! I was so impressed by their customer service and how quickly they got back to me, so now I recommend these even more than I already did!Some things to note:-the directions for assembly are quite easy to follow, though the first time assembling I didn’t put the side of the board with the tiny holes in it towards the back so when I went to put the backing on it I had to slightly disassemble and reassemble it. My mistake there!-make sure to anchor this into the wall if you have small children around at all. It’s quite narrow so it tips quite easily, and as demonstrated, children might try to climb it. My son found out how easily tippable it was the first day I built it. Thankfully, it’s pretty light so it didn’t cause any harm!-the way the boards go in, you can’t fit very tall shoes in here with the dividing board. If you have a lot of taller shoes, you’ll have to keep the dividing board removed and just have a few pairs in one tilt drawer.All in all, we’re huge fans. Great storage solution for shoes which have been so difficult to keep tidy before now!

looks good but scratches and little bit cracks here and there. Assembly was easy. Quality is meh. seems like wont last long, plastic sides are weak . Not satisfied
