This filing cabinet had a few bad reviews but I did not experience any of those issues. Quality was better that expected and the drawers open and close without issue.

Je suis globalement très déçu par ce classeur. Dès l’ouverture, j’ai constaté que les tiroirs étaient pliés, faits d’une tôle très fine d’à peine 1 mm d’épaisseur, ce qui complique le montage. En le sortant de la boîte et en le posant simplement sur de la moquette, un côté s’est tordu, rendant l’installation des pattes encore plus difficile. La structure est trop fragile pour un usage quotidien. Le seul point positif est que sa taille est idéale pour des dossiers format lettre ou légal, tout en étant peu encombrant. Cependant, la qualité est bien en dessous de mes attentes. Pour comparaison, mes vieux classeurs IKEA, qui m’accompagnent depuis 10 ans et plusieurs déménagements, sont bien plus robustes. Celui-ci ne me semble pas pouvoir durer aussi longtemps.

I really wanted to love this product but when we opened the box 2 pieces of the cabinet was all marked up. And then we found a very used blade just laying in the box. It went together fairly easy and looks nice but you can tell its cheap.

Although these cabinets are relatively simple to assemble, they are very difficult to align so the drawers don't close fully and if you get it right, the weight of the drawer contents will again take the drawers of track. Cabinets are prone to tip forward.

First of all, it had a dent on the side and scratches on it when I opened the box. Just minor, figured it would still work at least(I should have stopped right there and sent the whole thing back) You cannot open some drawers without really tugging on them, some drawers have to be shoved in. I installed everything correctly & don't even get me started on their customer service. They act like you don't know how to build a filing cabinet and refuse to offer any solutions. They just keep sending me videos to make sure I installed it correctly and I have been going back and forth with them for over a week.

it took me 1 full day to put this together and it wouldn’t work with the drawers being all lop sided, we had to fully take it back apart and the drawers are still not fully flush and hard to open/close, definitely wouldn’t recommend buying especially for the price i paid for it

It works well for what I needed once it was built, but it was a pain to get it built. My husband gave up midway (I will caveat he is not that patient with DIY stuff) but I am usually pretty good at DIY things as long as it doesn’t require drilling. I also almost gave up on this thing though and if it weren’t for the fact that it was so heavy and would take just as much effort to disassemble as it would for me to just finish the job, I probably would have returned it. As mentioned, once built it was fine and works pretty well. But I would probably not buy again unless I was looking to torture myself.

I assembled the file cabinet however have not been able to add my files as of yet. I hope that I never have to take it apart (that is if it will come apart) because it seems to be well built after assembly. However I don't know where it came from that this item could be assembled in 30 minutes. The maker of this product could not put it together in 30 minutes; more like an hour and 30 minutes.

The cabinet arrived in very good time. It was packaged extremely well, and had absolutely no damage whatever. The instructions were easy to follow (we laid all the items out and counted before beginning assembly and everything was there, including a few extra screws). It did take a bit longer than 30 minutes, more like an hour and a half for us, but it went well. The only downside is the screwdriver that was sent with it will not turn those screws through metal. We used my husband's electric drill with appropriate bit. Thanks for a great product.
