2yrs ago I had both knees totaly replaced. As I was going through PT, I came across stretch out straps and bought a good one to help with the PT, and it worked very well.I kept on using it on and off when I could after my PT was completed because my PT trainer told me Im not the most flexable person.I felt that I wasnt getting a good enough stretch in my calf and on in my foot.I seen this type of strap and wanted to try it because its design looked like it would give a much better total stretch.I bought a cheep one (#1) and found that the stretch was better but it had 2 velcro straps to deal with every time you put it on one foot or the other, the top strap was stiff and dug into my ankle and my foot just fit so when I used it I felt like I had small shoes on and my feet hurt.So, I bought a better one, (#2) only 1flexable velcro strap to deal with and a little more toe room wich was better but like the first one was just as wide as my foot making the foot pad slide off the side my foot or out of position. Not goodThen I bought this one (#3) WHAT A CHARM!! This has no velcro straps to deal with, just slip it on, thats it!I wear size 13 shoes and I have a good 2 to 3 inches to spare so my toes get a good stretch not like the others. And it is WIDE so it cradels my foot like a hammock, its not slipping off.Bottom line is that this is well built, well designed, priced right and gives a great stretch. I love using this tool, maybe I will become more flexable in time, lol.Dont even think about it, just buy it. It that good!!

I have had major back issues for years. This product changed my life. Take the time to watch their coaching videos. This will help give you a complete stretch with proper technique.The product is durable, great value for the money, and a game changer.

As a total knee replacement patient, I needed something to help me with range of motion exercises. This yoga strap is a perfect way for me to get the stretch I needed to work my repaired knee. It is very well made of high quality materials. I don’t particularly like exercise, but this is a joy to use.

I found this yoga strap to be the best stretching device I have ever come across- The guided stretch lets me be more in control of my degree of stretching.I brought it with me to a girls weekend and had everyone asking to use it, including one of the party who had bruised her back and found this to be of immense relief to her soreness.Order one now- throw into your travel bag!!

I have very tight hips and lower back pain from doing computer work for hours on end, This strap is the best, the most comfortable to use which means I do more reps every day. Since I've been using this strap, I find that my hips are loosening up and my lower back is just about free from pain.Don't hesitate - it is more than worth the spend and you will be glad you did!

This yoga strap is so much easier and more comfortable to use then a plain yoga strap. The stirrup for your heel is comfortable and fits all sizes. My entire family has used this to aid in stretching after sports or gym workouts. No brainer purchase.
