I've used these for surgery and for sports and they work great for those purposes (wearing for only a few hours). They are bendy but durable enough to easily insert in my piercings. They are not push to fit, they are screw only, but they are not difficult to screw. The multi-pack includes several pieces in varied diameters for use in different piercing locations.

I was hoping for a hard plastic so I could put it through my septum easier but they are very flexible and kind of hard to use for my septum.
