Your cart is empty.These plastic (HDPE) dispensers have a metal cap that includes a polyvinyl-coated paper seal. The brass & aluminum fitting on the cap has a neoprene seal through which the aluminum handle passes. Hand-tighten the fitting to make an air-tight seal, or loosen to adjust the height of the brush in the jar. The washer on top of and inside the cap provide long-lasting strength to the cap assembly. The handle is knurled on one end and threaded on the other end to accept the replaceable horsehair brush. HDPE is compatible with many adhesives, liquids, & oils.

This glue jar works well for Barge cement. The adjustable brush is very practical. Great for leather crafts.

Good quality brush bristles; not to hard or soft - just right for rubber cement application; plus adjustable brush handle height, and container is appropriate size for smaller jobs.

I like that I can adjust how far down into the glue the brush goes. I like that the lid seals well. I like the over-all size. If there is a single draw back it is that the bristles on the brush are a little too long for my liking, so I simply trimmed them down with a pair of scissors. This glue pot holds my contact cement perfectly and lets me apply it to my leather work just in a very neat manor. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a glue pot to hold contact cement.

This pot is just the right size for my small work area. It is convenient and the adjustable brush is a nice touch. I sometimes use the brush. Sometimes I use a different applicator. A little petroleum jelly around the threads and inside the lid make it a breeze to reopen and close. Excellent quality.

I'm puzzled by the reviews which mention the handle/brush being too long. The handle height is Adjustable with a threaded collar so it can be lowered or raised to accommodate differing levels of cement. (There is no need to trim the bristle length) The collar has a compression seal so solvent doesn't off-gas. Nice touch. The smaller 8 oz. size meets our needs perfectly. Overall it seems like a well designed product.

Yes, the brush is way too long for this pot! Suits me as I read the one and only review before I purchased. So, I trimmed it down by over half inch. The hard small brush is good for what I need it for.
