Installation method
Please measure the sides of the bed frame to make sure it fits.The bedside frame is mainly suitable for beds with gaps next to the bed. The headboard tray can be locked on a maximum frame side rail width of 1.5 inches and a minimum width of 0.6 inch. Align the bedside shelf with theedge of the bed and insert.
Turn the three knobs clockwise in turn to secure the bedside shelf.
Make sure the left and right latches move in the direction of "lock". Once the installation is complete, you can place things.
Folding method
Step 1

Push and pull outward.
Step 3
Fold down to reduce space for you.

This was pretty affordable, and it works for what i paid. I haven't been able to fold it, but I don't think I need to. For some reason it didn't come with instructions, but it's pretty self explanatory.

This ingenious bedside shelf offers a solution that is both practical and easy for keeping my needs close at hand while also preventing clutter in the area that I have available. It is simple to fold it down when it is not in use, giving me more room on my desk, which is already rather cramped. When space is at a premium in a cramped dorm room, having this option may make all the difference in the world. When I need it again, unfolding it is simple, and once it is in position, it holds its shape firmly, offering a stable platform for me to lay my stuff on. The cup holder is a brilliant addition to the overall look of the product. It works well as a holder for my water bottle, allowing me to have it within easy reach as I read or relax in bed. I won't have to worry about spilling liquids on accident or scrounging about for somewhere to keep my water anymore. The cup holder is spacious enough to fit even a thermos, making it an excellent accessory for those early-morning meetings or lectures. Another clever detail that I really like is the cradle for the remote control. Because of this, my remote control is always within easy reach, and it is protected from falling between my bed and the wall or being buried behind other things. Now, anytime I need it, I can easily locate my remote control, and I won't have to spend time looking for it.

Bought for my 7 year old top bunk. She had a couple water spills from her water bottle overnight and figured she could use something like this. She now holds the flask, emergency mini flashlight and tissue box there. Has come very much handy. It’s def not a fancy look but does it’s job and doesn’t look ugly.

Shelf is nice and sturdy. The 3 clamps were easy to use. It fits my purpose, using it to hold air pumps for fish tank filters. Mounted it on top of fish tank, perfect location and out of the way.
