I bought several of these hoping to use them on my CNC router. They seem to work amazingly for the first few days, then the shank breaks where it tapers down from 1/2" to 1/4". The blades never showed any signs of wear but the shanks just can't hold up. I wish I could find a good 1/4" double grind carbide straight bit :(
