I don't know about you, but people who park crappy, in the Handicap spots with no tags or card hanging from the mirror or on the dash and people who use the grocery pickup parking because they are to lazy to go in the store! I've used about half a dozen so far, but I get all giddy when I put one under someone's wiper. I was having my groceries loaded when this guy in his 30's came back to his car. He looked at, flipped it over and actually started laughing. He took the card home with him. I'd imagine some people may not have a sense of humor and would look for someone to blame. So you may want to be careful and quick when putting it on their windshield.

There are always those few cars at my work that are parked crooked or over the lines. These are great. Especially for coworkers. I'm not sure if 100 is going to be enough 😆
