Once your live fish for aquarium order is assembled and ready to go, we bag your live fish just before boxing them so they aren't in bags longer than they need to be
Free hot and cold packs included if needed
Before closing up the box for shipping, we will look up the weather forecast at the destination address. We will add heat or cold packs to the shipment depending on the temperatures to ensure the live fish stay comfortable during their journey.
Handle with care
And finally, we seal up the box attach the shipping label, and send it out for delivery. In most cases, live fish will get from our tanks to your within 2 days via usps

I have worked for many of the largest aquarium fish suppliers in the country doing everything from packing fish to general manager. All 4 loaches arrived early and alive. I appreciated the multiple layers of bags to make sure no leaks happened. Although I expected the delivery to be at my door, take note that they arrived early and I didn't realize they were going to the local post office. I must not have paid attention when ordering but I was excited anyway, all is well. Thanks! These 4 have joined a solo loach that is much older. His friend passed on not long ago so they're thriving in a community tank along with tetras, corydora, molly. A pretty big self sustaining and heavily planted tank as well. Thanks for the beautiful loaches!
