My Brother CE1100PRW sewing machine presser foot adapter decided to bend not long after I received it. The other day, I made the mistake of trying to bend it back and it broke. There was a small corner of it still attached so I was able to temporarily glue it until the new 1 that I ordered (this 1) arrived. It feels like it is a little bit lower. For some reason I am struggling to get it completely onto my machine. As you can see in the final photo that I posted (the collage) there is a small space which is causing my presser foot to sit closer to the feed dogs than it should. My OG ankle fits easily, as you can see in the 2nd photo of the ankles side by side, the opening that goes around the bar is slightly different. I am going to mess with it some more and see if I can get it to sit more flush.

This is a good product. I use it on my Singer sewing machine. I tried it on my Brother but, it didn't work on it. So, if you have a Brother machine, (sorry to say) you will have to spend the extra money and buy one that is actually built for Brother machines.

This presser foot shank works just like my original one. It fits just fine and the foot snaps on and holds just like the original one. The cost is great for the quality.

My Brother jx2517 came with a stock plastic piece which broke off, I couldn’t find a replacement piece anywhere for it, I took a gamble on this one and it fit yay! The hole that holds the screw is a different opening but regardless it fit my machine! So happy
