Got these molds for my daughter, and she's shared them with several friends. Everyone has loved them. The size is adorable - realistic baby turtle size. Small enough to still be practicable for resin (though it does take a fair amount of volume to fill), large enough to work with more fragile materials like "eco-resin", which is what my daughter has opted for. They molds have detail built in for the shell outline and the face, which makes it easier for my daughter to paint them, and they release cleanly when cured. The set did include keychain hardware, though as noted no instructions, but those are easy enough to find on YouTube, and the mold works perfectly well as just a figurine, with no need to turn them into keychains. The molds clean easily when necessary, and are solidly built - clear enough for UV light to pass through, not likely to tear when used, level when curing, not heavy or unusually sticky like so many molds are. These are professional quality molds, not the ones that look like they were made in someone's basement. At $10 for six molds plus hardware, I think the price is quite good, and the set is easily broken up and shared among multiple families to defray costs. Would highly recommend, and would certainly consider purchasing similar molds from this seller.

This product comes across like you’re going to make cute little silicone, resin turtles that you can turn into a keychain. But all it is is a bunch of mold and some keychain parts. It seems like it’s missing the most important or best part. I guess I should’ve looked more carefully or read more about the product before getting it. I’m not familiar with silicone or resin stuff so I was hoping to learn with this little kit that’s not a kit just some keychain parts and some basic molds. I find it useless but perhaps someone else who’s already familiar with stuff we think it’s great.
