Some of the UI and the manual are a bit obscure but my needs are simple (home lab) and I got it figured out, and it's working fine for switching and VLAN routing, with many more features for me to learn about! Quality seems good, no hangs or weirdnesses.

Customer support is very good which would not be expected for a product this low in price. I had an issue and they refunded me quickly so that I could get a replacement overnight. All vendors should be this generous.I do wish the product had a few additional features like: 1) the ability to set a name on the device 2) snmp support 3) ssh support.I do think that for the price the device is well suited.

Tan simple para instalarlo, que me permite ampliar la red a todos los puntos de red de la casa. Combiné dos switches en distintas plantas mediante un conector para cruzar el conexionado del cableado. Así me da solucion wifi a todos los rincones y espacios abiertos de la parcela.

Ran very quiet but also very hot. Burned my fingers pulling out the modules. Device crashed after overheating.

Doesn't work with DAC cables. Seems to be fine with transceivers. What a disappointment.

Well it Works well for now! Thanks the front serial console port (it is not Ethernet RJ45 so be aware) take the standard Blue Cisco rj45 to db9 console cable.The command line is looking almost identical to Cisco so it is easy to program with cli.The GUI is also great!Some user related dead ports so I tested them all. Only ping no iperf for now.Support site have no firmware update at this day.A lot of features for a switch of that price: read the manual.I did connect my host with oce11102 10g cards with this DAC cable :https://a.co/d/6MztWndLet's see over time but for now I am happyThe switch is based on this chip : RTL9303-CG.I was able to see it in the serial console when I did reboot the switch.

Use it to power my 4 PoE security cams of which 3 are 30m away. Only thing I didn't like was it can't be hung on the wall. It can only be placed flat.
