This is the perfect solution for an added level of security when walking your dog on a prong collar. I have had my dogs' prong collar release on several occasions. Luckily, each time I was able to get them back easily but one of these times I knew I was not going to be so lucky. I started looking around and found these two clips. I wasn't sure, but for the price I decided it was worth a try. I have just used them when walking my 2 70+lb labradors and I felt so much safer and secure. I know that if the prong releases, I will still have them on the leash. They are short enough that they don't hang and cause the dogs to be distracted. I highly recommend these for any other owners who use a prong collar. Better safe then sorry!

I use these to back prongs up, and they serve that purpose. Given the experience of others in these reviews, I examined the stitching on each item and there are 2 that I don't intend to use, as the stitching is barely overlapping the edge of the fold.

届いてみたらとても大きく中型犬から大型犬用という感じ。小型犬には大きく重いので使えません。

物は悪くないのですが、うちの中型犬には少しサイズが大きめでした。一番短くしても、だんだん伸びて垂れ下がってしまいます。噛み癖があると噛んでしまうと思います。それでも、ハーネスが抜けて慌てるより、安全が最優先なので、物的には悪くないです。沢山入ってるので、色々なシーンで試してみようかと思います。

I love that these are sturdy and can connect two collars together. That's a real safety feature with some collars like prong collars that aren't always reliable in all situations, can connect to a flat regular collar and the dog is always connected to the leash

I use this to connect my dog’s collar to her halti. It is sturdy and gives me peace of mind that if she slips her halti, she’s still connected to her collar. Have also used to connect to a prong collar for extra security. My dog is 60 lbs for reference.
