These would have be good if they were what I had expected. They were the wrong kind and I tried returning them and I would have gotten only like $.30 back. Not sure I will ever use these but hanging on to them if anyone I know ever does jewelry that may need them.

They work well for my needs but I think they look kinda cheap ... they are! So as I progress with my jewelry art I will look into something of better quality. I recommend these for fun gifts but not if your going to sell them for more than a couple bucks

With regard to the fit and finish of this particular product, I believe it to be about average for the products of similar make or style. That is to say that it is not of poor or moderate craftsmanship/finish nor is it something that I would rate as outstanding. The quality of the piece is such that I feel it is a good value for the money.Finally, as with many products of this type, the value that a consumer sees is dependent on the expectation. When I ordered this product my expectations were moderate, especially because of the price. In an age where we demand low price but often want high quality, it is often best if we expect moderate to good quality instead. I did that with this product as was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality was at least good, if not just a tad bit better than good. For that reason, and those set out above, I'd make a recommendation to buy this product.NOTE: I received this product at a reduced cost in exchange for the promise to file an honest and unbiased review. To meet that obligation, I typically use the product for an extended period, no less than two weeks, and under the typical conditions that one might use for a product of this type.

I just got minw, when I opened the package and touched the plastic bag the cords came in it was wet and kind of oily. The liquid was actually inside the bag. Smells like soap. Kinda weird. You can see liquid residue inside the bag.

I'm not a pro jeweler. I just wanted something to replace all of my various knotty strings that I have nice necklaces on. They seem sturdy and will work well. I've worn two of them so far. The clasps are a little tricky, but work okay. Since I'm not a professional jewelry maker, I would have actually loved to be able to buy a lot that had all different lengths. As it was, all I could find were lots of all one length.
