I ordered this double ended clip to use on my dogs long training lead because I leave the lead outside in all kinds of weather and the original clip kept sticking. (Please don't worry - I don't ever leave my dog tied outside alone. We use the lead when we are all outside because she is a basset hound who follows her nose and ignores us when we call her so we are working on recall training with the lead). Anyhow, the original clip kept sticking, so I ordered this stainless steel one hoping to avoid rust and corrosion. This clip is extremely well made. The clips are easy to slide open and hold securely. The whole clip itself is quite heavy so it would not be suitable for a small dog. I am very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

I got this double snap clip for my scuba surface marker buoy. Nice quality, and the perfect size.
