Diameter is smaller than you expect, and the pressing ability it not super great. I tried with a pretty soft dough (though a little sticky), and it couldn't flatten out enough with one press, and for some reason, the dough 9 times out of 10 stuck to the top plate and released off the bottom.If the dough wasn't as elastic to start shrinking and pulling back after pressing, this would probably better.Note, when you press on the lever hard, the side closest to the lever starts to thin unevenly.It does clean easily with the coating; hopefully it doesn't wear off too fast.
