3. After the paste, the iron is slightly heated, not too hot, to fix
4. Print circuit board film, it is recommended to use film, you can achieve the highest fineness, if you do not require precision with sulfuric paper to print.
5. Exposure, put the printed pattern on the photosensitive plate, use ordinary energy-saving lamps for about 30 minutes, if there is an exposure machine for 1 minute, the sun has not been tried, it should be about 15 minutes, the exposure process is obvious, because the photosensitive The film changes color when exposed, and changes from light to dark blue. You will easily see your circuit diagram appear on the board.

Works great, but the consistency of the film could be better. There is a clear streak running the entire length where it is substantially lighter in color than the rest, but it does not appear to impact the quality of the resulting transfer in any way. Those who are complaining about it not working are likely using a laser printer to transfer the image to a transparency sheet; This is fine, however your black is likely not dark enough to prevent UV light from passing through to the film. Hold your transparency sheet up to a light - if you see light through your black then UV light will also leak through. Print two copies of your image then stack them on top of each other. This will effectively block out the UV light and you will be good to go.Light brushing with an acid brush while it is in your developer solution is all that is needed; Don’t scrub it and don’t over-develop and it will come out fine.5 stars because despite the optical imperfections, the film works as advertised.

Film is uneven, lots of patches and thin spots. It does not stay adhere on the surface during development even after going through the thermal laminator for 5 times. I should have spent more money on quality product…

Haven't tested it yet, but I purchased a roll from a different company almost a year ago(left photo) and what's left of that unused roll has gone from a light blue to a dark purple. Indicating that it's either partially cured or just aged quite a bit. This brand new roll(middle photo) is a deeper purple than the roll I've had for a year. And just to be clear, I purchased 2 rolls from 2 different companies at the same time last week, the other roll I bought(right photo) was very light blue like the one I purchased a year ago when it was new. Not sure what that says about this product, but this one was only a 1 meter roll at almost $8 and the other roll i just bought was 5 meters at around $15 So comparatively this one was way more expensive and the quality is definitely not on par. I recently used the original roll from a year ago and it still works "okay" so I'm sure this one still works, but for the price you can definitely find something better for cheaper. The packaging on the original and the one on the right was also better than this one. Save your money. The nicer one I bought this time around was from the "walfront store"
