They made it very easy to put together by labeling each piece with a letter. I hate putting things together but this was so easy. Really nice looking too. I haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it works just like all the others.

It was easy for one person to assemble. Fire pit works well. The flame is low but not terrible more for the aesthetic than warmth. Great addition to the back yard.

We really like this fire pit. It was super easy to assemble and works really well. It’s made sturdy and the door shuts and opens very well. It’s super easy to start and turn off as well. The hose could be a little longer for hooking it up to your tank as it’s kinda tight on hooking it up because the bend and length. It looks good but I will say it’s more brown in color vs the picture. I will be replacing the lava rock for fire glass. Because I don’t like the popping and flying little pieces. Overall we still are happy with it. So far it seems really well made. I took one star off for a few little issues.

I ordered this product. It was relatively easy to put together looks good but when it comes time for the flame to come on, it takes about 15 strikes to get it lit and then afterwards the flame will die down and shut off completely after about five minutes so I will have to re-strike it 15 times again or more for the flame to go out five minutes later not happy with this product all other aspects of it seem to be fine but the reason I bought it, it’s not fine
