As a law enforcement officer for the past 4 years, I've been relying on the Zak Tool Pocket Key and it's become an essential part of my kit. The key itself is long enough for easy grip and maneuvering, even in stressful situations. More importantly, it's built tough. After being robbed of my cuff keys more times than I care to admit (thanks, coworkers), I finally wised up and got these. The green color is bright enough to make sure no one ‘accidentally’ takes it again - now it practically screams “don’t touch me”. It works like a charm, no issues whatsoever. I know my cuff key like I know my own handwriting - it’s mine and no one else’s. So, to my thieving colleagues: Hands off, this key’s not going anywhere!

Used for years without any durability issues. Bigger size compared to a traditional key makes you less likely to lose it in your pockets.

Love this key! It is a perfect length for ease of use and pocket storage. This is a very durable key and I cant believe they are so cheap, I plan to give them out as gifts for Christmas. Great colors! I got the green.

I’ve carried this for a year and change, it’s never given me any hassle. The clip hasn’t bent, and the finish hasn’t worn off. Everything you could ask for.

I am a strong believer in "you gotta fix everything"So i dont expect my cheap stuff to work or be perfect off the bat.Issue: would not work on one of my preferred cuffs.Identify fix: upon comparison to the keys irs plan to see the tooth on this pen style is about 1mm too long to work flawlessly.Fixing it: 1 minute with a flat file stopping every 15 strokes to check the tooth length. For me and my file it too 45 strokes. I touched up the black color with a sharpie marker until next time i have my gun blue out.Bottom line its $10, expect to fix it id it doesnt work with your cuffs, but know the fix is simple.Double lock works fine now.

I love the Zak keys! This is my second one. I purchased as a backup to leave in my patrol car, as one day I left my pen and cuff key at home! They are sturdy yet lightweight. I love the colors, being s female in a males world, pink and green let me be girly for .24 seconds. Highly recommended.
