I was really excited about getting this bell, and didn’t mind that it was a different design than what was shown in the ad, — but I’m VERY unhappy with the poorly-cast handle! It looks SO cheap…. Is there a possibility of getting a better handle for it? I really don’t want to return it.

I really wanted this bell. I read the reviews and I liked what was said about the size, tone and most Importantly the lady face on the handle. What I revived was a different bell not the one pictured. The size and tone were on point. However no lady face and the overall design was different. Instead on metal wiring attaching the gong it was string. The lack of the lady face was a deal breaker. I have to send it back.

Very pleased with this solid brass bell. It's chime is solid, and hums till sound fades away, like tapping crystal. This piece has some weight to it, not heavy, just solid. The handle came wrapped in bubble wrap seperately within same box, so you screw it into the bell. Nice piece.
