MISSING THE PINS! Only one side is closed… you either go out of your way to return it or figure it out and use something else in replacement of the missing pins

The package was missing the little pin to connect together. Now I can not use. Waste of my money :(

These are EXACTLY what I want, with the assortment of sizes and the number of flex frames, but I've ordered these twice and each time - even with speedy delivery - I've only received 9 pieces when it's described as containing 12 pieces. Like I said, it's EXACTLY what I want, but I also want the total number of pieces advertised. I don't want to be short-changed. I'll try a third time. If it comes correctly packaged, I'll update this review and give it the stats it deserves.
