I was able to use it by splicing it with a label, but the ribbon was torn in half on arrival, no outside box to protect it. Was still able to print labels we needed.I am not going to return it but wanted to make you aware.

We needed this for a Zebra label printer at work. It was on backorder and more expensive through another company. This arrived faster than expected and we are very satisfied.
