I got this printer to go with /replace my older Zebra printer we use with the Quicken program. Since the original printer in no longer made, they suggested this one. I simply could not get it to work with the program, I believe the format was off, as the device did not have the size tags correct to print. I returned the unit, and tried another one, but had no better luck. This was not the printer's fault and should not deter you from using it. Old software and newer printer were the issue. Quick ship and arrived well protected.

It cannot be discovered by any devices via Bluetooth. Wasted time and money

I bought a refurbished, wish I wouldn’t have because the print ad was bad. It cost me $100 to get a new print head. For the price of the refurbish and the printhead I could’ve bought a new unit. And of course Amazon won’t except returns on refurbished
