Included is a light bean bag that is great for beginners.Weight can be increased by simply putting a larger ball or beanbag in through the easy access side slot. These Poi can easily accommodate a tennis ball. Unstretched these Sock Poi measure 22”.

Really happy with this purchase. The bean bags are a great weight for beginners and soft enough to not hurt yourself ... I've smacked myself in the head a lot :)

Bright, colorful, stretchy in all the right ways. To these, I added a glass bead to act as a handle and I use 3 gram weighted ball in them. Great fun to be had with these!
