The weight is great and its easy to remove weight blocks to adjust the heaviness. Only thing is if you're a big chested girl, this will be hard to velcro across because it will squash your breast. But other than that great for jogging

The vest is well made. I will enjoy it. I like the fact that it actually improves my posture walking. The four stars are for no instructions on use or care of the vest and I am concerned with the thin plastic bag weights. Left in the vest they will probably be OK but taking them in and out makes me concerned about leakage.

Prior to this product, I was carrying a couple of 12 lb dumbbells inside a backpack ... very uncomfortable. This product comes with 20 pockets (10 front, 10 back) and 20 packets of sand, any number of which may be inserted. Thus, there is a great deal of possible variation in weight. And the vest is then very comfortable, fitting snugly by means of two Velcro straps. Two thumbs up and five starts for this product.

Just went for a jog with this vest. It bounces way too much and the straps restrict your lung capacity. If it was tight enough to not bounce, I couldn’t not breathe in full 100%. Maybe 75%. After loosening the straps, I could breathe again but now it bounces on my chest -EDITED REVIEW 8/28/24:I’m getting used to the vest lowered the weight a bit. No more bouncing. This is a great vest with adjustable weight. I can see some fitness improvements already. Thanks teams!

So far, a pretty good amount of weight to add to help my cardio system and muscles work a little harder. I may think about one with a bit more weight. But this one works well. Pretty comfortable.

This is a great vest, except for one major flaw, the velcro that is not the straps to connect to the front, after less than a year, has failed. It no longer works, it has turned to just a mess of threads, and that is on the straps that come from the back and velcro onto the front. I have a bull chest, so I cannot get it to reach the good part of the velcro that is left. My solution is to use a better quality, or extend the flap straps so you can get a fuller use of the velcro.

Some athletes here are doing push-ups and sit-ups and other calisthenics here and that is remarkable and I salute it.I have the 23 lb vest and I use it only for walking. My goal is to walk 3 miles a day to get cardio and just basic exercise. I didn't take any of the weights out so I have the full 23 pounds, and I'll tell you, it makes each step wonderful and intense, but it doesn't feel like you're wearing a lot of weight. I've noticed that the pace of my three mile walks is just around the same 2.7 mph, so it really doesn't slow you down somehow. But when you take your heart rate after a hill or something, you'll find that you're getting a really good cardio. To me it seems very well made and I guess if I get older or there's days when I'm tired I could take out some other weights, but I'm using the full 23 pounds for now. I do wonder whether it will have extra wear and tear on the knees and hips but it just feels like it strengthening everything as I walk.

It is a a gift for an older woman to work around the house wearing this weighted vest. It fits perfectly, symmetrical back and front, adjustable means weight can start low to gradually heavier! Happy with the product!

It could be that I’m short or just the anatomy of my body but I found the vest distributes weight weird - I would have preferred it to displace the weight to my hips with a clever strapping set up , however all the weight sits across my chest and shoulders. Perhaps it’s just not anatomically correct for me.

This is very good quality. I like that you. An take the weight bars out to clean the vest. I was super excited about it but it really hurts my shoulders. I’d recommend putting hand towels or some kind of padding on your shoulders. I also wish it had a zipper in the front - putting it on over your head is a bit awkward.
